Men’s Mental Health
Imagine hiding a book in the deep gap between your bed and the adjacent wall. You hid it there because you feared the judgment of your friends and family on the book of your choice. Having found yourself alone, you decide to read the book but cannot reach it because the gap is too deep and your arms can’t get to the bottom. Now, replace the image of you with a man and the book with their emotions. When men hide their feelings in front of everyone around them, they are often unable to access them even when alone. We need to end this emotional suppression.
